Welcome to WiMa Apartments at al. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 135 in Łódź. Located within the former Widzewska Manufaktura cotton mill complex, WiMa brings new life to the city’s industrial heritage. Historic buildings, industrial details and contemporary architecture create a distinctive setting that reflects the character of Łódź.
Whether you are planning a weekend of sightseeing, a business trip or a longer stay, WiMa offers a setting for discovering the city at your own pace. Green spaces within the complex provide room to unwind, enjoy a morning walk or take a break after a busy day.
The location along one of Łódź’s main avenues makes getting around convenient. The nearby Piłsudskiego–Konstytucyjna (Wi-Ma) public transport stop connects you with other parts of the city. Shops, local services and places for a walk, including Nad Jasieniem Park and Widzewski Park, are also in the surrounding area.

This 35 m² studio at WiMa Apartments by Properbook is entirely yours. With the whole open-plan apartment to yourself, you have the freedom to enjoy an unhurried morning and somewhere welcoming to return to at the end of the day.

A weekend together, a concert, sightseeing or a day of meetings — however you spend your time in Łódź, Melissa gives you space to pause between plans. Enjoy a quiet start, take an afternoon break or watch the city lights appear in the evening. Sometimes the best part of a trip is having a moment to simply enjoy where you are.
Your own parking space
The studio comes with a dedicated parking space. Collect the gate remote from the apartment before driving into the parking area. Your arrival instructions explain where to stop temporarily while you collect it.
Access is via Szpitalna Street. Work is ongoing within the development, so please follow the map pin and directions provided before arrival.
Easy self check-in
Complete the guest registration form before arrival to receive your access instructions and codes. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
